A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Cody confesses he’s never been to the derby. Cody’s easygoing, and because he loves making people laugh, he may or may not greet you with his best one-liner. Cody’s all about trying new restaurants, one of his favorites being Marcella’s, and traveling to new destinations. He admits he fell into this industry, starting as a leasing agent in 2014.

Cody oversees the homeowner-controlled portion of the portfolio and business development. Cody obtained his CMCA and AMS certifications in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Cody has seen it all, from apartment residents to homeowners, all with one common goal, home.
